Holloway Jewellery’s Return Policy
1. Return eligibility
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must have purchased one of the items sold on Holloway Jewellery and have proof of purchase.
Our return policy lasts for 30 days after purchase. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. We offer a maximum of one exchange per order.
The item being returned must be in the same condition as you have received it. It must be unused and sent back in the original packaging. If it is not, no refund or only a partial refund will be granted.
The following items are non-returnable:
- Custom made / customised products
- Gift cards
- Earrings (due to hygiene and health considerations)
- Items that are on sale
- Items that have been previously exchanged
2. Return process
Once your return is received, we will notify you. The package and its content will be inspected, and we will let you know when the return is approved or rejected within 7 business days.
If the return is approved, we will send you funds equal to the purchase amount less any costs incurred for return shipping and administration fees, to the payment method you have used during checkout within 14 days.

3. Exchanges
If the item you’ve received is damaged or defective, we can arrange an exchange for you. If you want to exchange your items, please send us an email and we will provide you with the address to send your items to for exchanges. We offer a maximum of one exchange per order.
4. Replacement Policy
If you require a replacement product for any reason, please note the following terms and conditions:
- Payment for Replacement Products: Any replacement products issued by Holloway Jewellery must be paid for in full unless the original product being replaced is returned to us in its original condition.
- Return of Original Product: Customers must return the original product within 14 days of receiving the replacement. Failure to return the original product may result in additional charges.
- Right to Invoice for Replacement Products: Holloway Jewellery reserves the right to send an invoice for the cost of replacement products if the original product is not returned within the specified time frame.
- Third-Party Debt Recovery: In the event of non-payment for replacement products, Holloway Jewellery reserves the right to refer the outstanding debt to a third-party debt recovery agency. By requesting a replacement product from Holloway Jewellery, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
5. Shipping
To return a product, you should send us an email at info@hollowayjewellery.com, and we will provide you with the return address to send your product to.
Shipping fees for return items are your responsibility, and you must pay for them. Your order’s shipping costs are non-refundable. If you have paid for shipping in your order, these costs will be deducted from your refund.
If you’re shipping items worth over $50, please consider shipping the package using a track&trace number or purchase shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your item.
